Frequently Asked Questions

There are no hard liquor, beer, or other non-alcoholic beverages allowed onboard the ship. You may bring wine or champagne on boarding day and it is limited to two, 750ml bottles per stateroom and may be subjected to an additional cost if consumed in public.

We highly recommend guest sail with their valid US Passport book.
Note: It is important to check the expiration date on your passport to confirm that it will still be valid at least six (6) months after your travel dates.

U.S. citizens on closed-loop cruises (cruises that begin and end at the same port in the U.S.) may use your official government-issued Birth Certificate and a supporting government-issued Photo ID, denoting photo, name and date of birth, if you do not have a valid US Passport. BOTH documents must match the name on your reservation. Otherwise, it may result in delay or possible denial of boarding. A “birth certificate” is issued by a government agency (federal, state, county, city, etc.). This document is legal proof of citizenship that can be used by U.S. citizens for certain international travel. For states that have a “short form” and “long form”, whichever document is government issued with the guest’s full name, birth date and US birthplace (city and state), is acceptable. A “birth notice” or “Certificate of Live Birth” issued by a hospital or other type of medical facility but it is not an approved travel document.

Non-US Citizens will require a passport and the necessary visa for entry into the United States.

No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation.

Cabin Adventures and Bliss strongly recommend travel insurance for travelers. A Lifestyle vacation can become costly and it will give you peace of mind and cover the cost of unforeseen circumstances.

There are many circumstances that could arise after the planning and purchase of your adult vacation. Unexpected travel delays, lost baggage, trip interruption or other events could cause you to have to cancel your vacation. The lost of valuable items can never be replaced; but obtaining travel insurance will cover the cost of all unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

There are a lot of problems that can arise on the way to your cruise or during the cruise itself, you want to make sure you’re protected. It’s wise to invest in your vacation with the purchase of travel insurance

Yes. Checking in online will make the check-in process run more smoothly and ensure you have all the required documents for traveling. You are able to check in online between 45 days and up to 72 hours before your sail date.

If you did not check in online, you will be required to do so at the pier at least 2 hours prior to sail away.

The cruise ship operates on a cashless basis and all purchases are charged to your Onboard Expense Account tied to your credit card that you set up at the time of check in. If need be, you can change the credit card tied to your onboard account on ship.

When you check in online, you are able to select a boarding time. This time will then be specified on your SetSail Pass, or Guest Vacation document. Please pay special attention to that time because the port will not allow you to board the ship before it is ready. Typically all guests are not able to board the ship prior to 11:30 am.
